Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
- 3 onion (s), red
- 300 g oat cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoon pine nuts
- 2 tablespoon honey
- rosemary
- Pepper, freshly ground

- Preheat the oven to 225 °.
- Thaw the puff pastry on baking sheets and divide once in the middle to make squares. Pre-bake these for 9 minutes and take them out of the oven again.
- Cut the onions into fine rings, halve the bacon, cut the cheese into slices. Place a piece of bacon on each dough square, top with the goat cheese and top with onion rings. Then sprinkle with a little rosemary and a few pine nuts. Finally, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
- Put in the oven for another 8-10 minutes.
- Makes 12 particles.
