Ingredients

  • 3 packs puff pastry, from the refrigerated counter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 300 g cheese, rated
  • 3 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 pack cooked ham
  • 1 packet smoked salmon
  • possibly dill, finely chopped
  • 0.5 ½ pack feta cheese
  • 300 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Filling I: Thaw the spinach leaves in the microwave and squeeze it out vigorously, the water must be completely removed and cut into small pieces. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces, mix with the spinach, 100 g grated cheese, a mug of crème fraîche and an egg, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Filling II: Cut the ham into small cubes, mix with 100 g cheese, an egg and a mug of crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Filling III: Mix the smoked salmon with 100 g cheese, an egg and the last cup of crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, add a little dill if you like.
  4. Roll out a puff pastry roll and spread on one of the fillings, leaving 1 cm free at the edge. Roll up as tightly as possible from the broad side. Cut the roll with a sharp knife into approx. 1 cm wide slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, bake at approx. 200 degrees hot air until they are nice and crispy and light brown, this takes 15-20 minutes depending on the oven output.
  5. The rolls taste warm and cold! They can be well prepared and fit into every party buffet.
