Ingredients

  • 250 g sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 2 egg (s)
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper, white
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 packet puff pastry (230 g), dia 32cm (refrigerated shelf)
  • 2 packs vegetables, frozen
  • 150 g camembert (s) or similar cheese
  • possibly herbs for garnish (marjoram, basil, thyme)

Instructions

  1. Fry the frozen vegetables in a large pan without fat, turning for about 4 minutes.
  2. Whisk the sour cream or creme fraiche with the eggs and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Unroll the dough and place in a tart pan (28 cm diameter) with the baking paper (you can also use a normal springform pan!)
  4. Prick the pastry base several times with a fork.
  5. Spread the vegetables on top. Spread the sour cream and egg mixture evenly on top so that everything is covered.
  6. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 200 ° (convection 175 ° - gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes.
  7. Cut the camembert into thin slices and place them in a star shape on the tart. Bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if you like.
  9. Tip: you can also use a different mixture of vegetables - then make sure that you add fat when frying.
