Ingredients

  • 1 pack large hamburger buns
  • 1 port. Pulled pork from the cooling shelf

  • 0.5 ½ bottle barbecue sauce
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 8 jalapeños from the glass (slices)
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pulled pork in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Then divide with 2 forks and add 1/2 bottle of barbecue sauce. Place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onions into slices and caramelize in a pan with 1 tablespoon margarine and 2 tablespoon sugar. Cut the cucumber and tomato into slices. Fry the bacon slices until crispy without adding any fat.
  3. Now cover the burger buns as desired. I top my burgers with pulled pork first, then with the onions, lettuce, bacon, cucumber, tomato and jalapeños.
