Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 550 g pulled pork from the coolin shelf

For the sauce:

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup cream
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • some salt and pepper
  • some garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Put the pulled pork in a baking dish according to the instructions on the oven and cook the pasta in salted water at the same time.
  2. For the sauce, cut the onion into small pieces and place in a bowl. Then add the creme fraîche, milk, tomato paste, mustard and cream. Stir well once, then crumble the feta cheese and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. When the pulled pork is ready, pull it apart and add 2/3 of the pasta. Mix everything and cover with half of the sauce. Then spread the rest of the pasta on top and add the rest of the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven for another 10-15 minutes at the same temperature.
