Ingredients

  • 2 packs puff pastry
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 200 g cheese, rated e.., Gouda
  • 160 g pulled pork

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and brush with crème fraîche and BBQ sauce. Cut the onions into fine cubes and spread on top. Spread pulled pork (I made my own) on top and sprinkle everything with cheese.
  2. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into snails about two fingers thick. Now place the snails on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
