Ingredients
- 310 g flour, sifted
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 2 teaspoons spices (cloves, ginger, cinnamon)
- 2 egg (s), slightly beaten
- 250 g pumpkin pulp, pureed
- 120 ml oil
- 250 g apples, peeled and diced
For the sprinkles:
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 50 grams sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 4 teaspoons butter
- Fat for the molds

- Mix the flour, sugar, spices, baking powder, salt. Separately, mix eggs, oil, pumpkin. Add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture. Mix until the ingredients have just joined together. Fold in the apples. Divide the dough into greased molds.
