Pumpkin Cookies

To say that these cookies are delicious is to say nothing at all. It is difficult to make something special with pumpkin, but the cookies exceeded all my expectations. Watch how to make pumpkin cookies!

Ingredients
- Peeled pumpkin – 150 Grams
- Sugar – 0.5 cups
- Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
- Flour – 1.5-2 Cups
- Baking powder – 1.5 Teaspoons (rounded)
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Ground cinnamon – 0.25 Teaspoons
- Ground ginger – 0.25 Teaspoons
- Nutmeg – 0.25 Teaspoons
Directions
- Prepare food. Peel the pumpkin and the inner fibrous edge, wash and weigh 150 g. Put it in a saucepan and cover with water, cook until soft. The amount of water should not be too much to prevent the pumpkin from turning into a puree. You can bake it or steam it.
- While the pumpkin is cooking, combine the sifted flour with baking powder and spices.
- Once the pumpkin is easily pierced with a fork, it is ready. Remove the pieces from the water, put in a deep bowl, mash with a fork. Add sugar and refined butter.
- Combine the pumpkin mixture with flour. It took me about 1.5 cups for the dough and 0.5 cups for the cookie formation.
- The dough is a little sticky, divide it 8 pieces. Sprinkle flour on the table and roll the dough into balls. Instead of using flour, you can dip your hands in vegetable oil and roll them into balls. Do as you like.
- Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Take a look in your oven. I bake in an electric one, everything was ready in 20 minutes.
