- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g apple, rated
- 100 g oat flakes, possibly

- Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy. Add the eggs. Roughly grate the pumpkin flesh and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Drain well and add to the butter and sugar mixture with the grated apple. Then gradually add the flour with baking powder and oatmeal. The oatmeal is optional.
- Grease the baking sheet and spread the batter on it. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat until it is golden yellow.
