Ingredients

  • 3 sausages, smoked sausages (approx. 100g each)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 potato (s), (approx. 00g in total)
  • 2 red pepper (s) (almost 400g in total)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • pepper
  • paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 450 ml meat stock, (or more; depending on your taste)
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream or sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into thin slices. Peel and dice the onions. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the bell pepper into fine strips.
  2. Put the sausage slices with the onion cubes and the oil in a round casserole dish (approx. 2 L content) and cook uncovered for approx. 5 minutes at 600 watts.
  3. Add the paprika strips and potato cubes and mix everything together. Season with pepper and paprika powder. Cook uncovered for approx. 4 minutes at 600 watts.
  4. Stir the tomato paste into the broth. Pour in and cook with the lid on for about 25 minutes at 600 watts. Standing time: approx. 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in the sour cream and sprinkle with the parsley.
  6. Logi`s simply swap the potatoes for white beans from a can or glass and let them cook for the last 10 minutes.
