  • 100 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs together well. Mix in the lemon zest and quark. Add flour and baking powder. Finally add the raisins. Put the dough in a well-greased 2 liter Gugelhupf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (or 160 ° C fan oven) for about 60 minutes.
  2. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
