- 500g flour
- 500 g quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 packs baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 50 g butter
- 60 g suar
- 1 egg yolk

- Knead all ingredients except for the egg yolk with your hands to form a dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little more flour. Put the dough in a greased or parchment-lined bread pan and brush with the egg yolk.
- Bake at 180-200 ° C for about 1 hour.
