Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 120 g butter
- 70 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For covering:
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 90 g flour
- 250 grams sugar
- 5 egg (s), depending on size 4 - 6 eggs
- liter ⅛ milk
- 130 g butter, melted, between 120 and 180 can be varied

- For approx. 16 pieces.
- Knead the ingredients for the dough into a shortcrust pastry.
- Separate eggs for the topping. Mix the quark, flour, sugar, egg yolk, milk and butter well. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
- Spread the shortcrust pastry evenly in a greased springform pan, pull up the edge and pour the quark mixture on top.
- Bake in the oven at 160 ° C, top / bottom heat approx. 180 ° C for about an hour, until the cake is done.
