Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark, (20% fat content)
  • 225 g butter or mararine
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet lemon (s) - flavor
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g chocolate, (chocolate droplets or chopped chocolate)
  • Powdered sugar, r for dusting

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients except the icing sugar in the food processor or with the hand mixer to form a dough.
  2. Put the dough in the stollen form and bake at 150 degrees fan-assisted for about 50-60 minutes.
  3. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
  4. Usually they say that a cleat should stretch in aluminum foil for about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I have not yet managed to do that with this one. It was always swept away within a week.
