Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g quark

- Remove 6 tablespoons of the milk and mix the custard powder with it, also add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix everything well.
- Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the hob, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil again while stirring.
- Stir the quark into the pudding. Fill the quark cream into glasses and let them cool.
