Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g cream cheese
- 500 ml sweet cream
- 1 glass cherry (s)
- 1 can pear (s)
- 100 g flaked almonds

- Mix the quark and cream cheese well. Beat in the sweet cream and fold in.
- Drain the pears and cherries, cut the pears into small pieces.
- First put a layer of quark in a baking dish, spread the cherries on top, cover with quark, put the pears on top and finally another layer of quark. Roast the almonds and spread them on top of the quark.
- Chill for two hours.
