- 125 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 500 g quark
- 200 g rice puddin
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- Lemon juice

- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs well with the mixer. One after the other, stir in the quark, rice pudding, half of the milk and the lemon juice. Add chopped fruit (apple, banana) or berries as desired.
- Pour the mass into an appropriate mold (in Bavaria we use a Rein). I then mix a few more raisins into one side with a spoon, because not everyone here likes raisins! Pour the rest of the milk over it and top with flakes of butter.
- Bake at 180-200 ° C for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
