- 300 grams flour
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Mix all ingredients together well and place small heaps of dough on the baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown.
- We like to eat them with sweet spreads, Nutella, jam and sugar beet juice.
- My mother once worked as a kitchen manager in a company kitchen in the 80s. The chef gave her this recipe back then and we make it very often. Therefore these rolls are called from the cook.
