- 250 g low-fat quark
- 8 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 100 g suar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 500 g wheat flour
- 100 g raisins, possibly

- Knead the ingredients into a dough. If you want to make raisin rolls, add the raisins at the very end.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, then form approx. 12-14 balls of the same size. Place on a baking sheet and flatten it very lightly. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
- Tip: If you want to make the rolls with rye or wholemeal flour, you have to use a little more milk and oil, otherwise they will become too firm.
