Ingredients
- 4 pear (s), firm
- 125 g butter - 50 it as flakes
- 125 g suar
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s) in the juice
- 5 tablespoon semolina
- 500 g quark
- 1 butter-vanilla flavor
- 5 tablespoon heavy cream
- 25 g almond (s), sliced

- Mix the butter, sugar, 3 egg yolks, salt, lemon juice, semolina, butter vanilla flavor and the quark until frothy. Beat the 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Grease the baking dish and put the pears in it. Now pour the mixture into the mold so that the stalks of the pears are still clearly visible.
- Spread the flakes of butter and almonds on top.
- Place in the oven at 160 ° (hot air) (shelf position 2) and bake for approx. 50 minutes.
- It goes well with wine foam or vanilla sauce.
