Ingredients

  • 1 packet biscuit (s), (wholemeal biscuits or wholegrain rusks)
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 300 g yourt, low-fat
  • some butter-vanilla flavor
  • N / A sweetener
  • 1 canned persimmon (s) or mandarins
  • 0.5 ½ mango (s)
  • Desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark and yoghurt together until creamy and season with sweetener. Cut the fruit into cubes and stir in. Add the vanilla flavor and lemon juice and stir vigorously again and season to taste. Due to the sweetness of the fruit and the later addition of the wholemeal biscuits, sweeten carefully, as the wholegrain biscuits also contain sugar.
  2. Line the bottom of a suitable mold with the biscuits and spread the cream on top. Continue to layer like a tiramisu and finish with cream. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
  3. With the fruits mentioned above, I find it particularly suitable for winter, but you can also use other fruits according to the season.
