Quesadilla with Chicken and Cheese

An easy-to-prepare version of quesadilla with chicken meat will appeal to those who adhere to the principles of proper nutrition. This quesadilla is a great snack or even dinner.

Ingredients
- Tortilla – 2 pcs.
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- Tomatoes – 70 g
- Hard cheese – 70 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
Directions
- We kill the chicken fillet in a blender or scroll through a meat grinder.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the minced chicken in the pan, fry the minced meat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat to taste.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- Add the tomatoes to the minced meat and simmer the minced meat with tomatoes for another 4-6 minutes, until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
- Put half of the cheese on half of the cake, as shown in the photo.
- Put half of the minced meat on top.
- Cover the filling with the second half of the flatbread and lightly press down the flatbread so that the filling is well distributed. We do the same with the second flatbread and the remaining filling.
- Preheat a grill pan and fry the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side. If you don’t have a grill pan, you can fry the quesadilla in a regular pan.
- Cut the finished quesadilla with chicken and cheese into portioned pieces, serve hot with your favorite sauces.
