Quiche Stuffed with Sockeye Salmon with Goat Cheese

The harmonious combination of soft goat cheese with smoked salmon on puff yeast dough. Salmon can be boiled or in the form of fried fillets, but certainly with goat cheese. Equally tasty with any fish of this family and in any form!

Ingredients
- salmon fillet (sockeye, salmon, chum salmon) 500 g
- goat cheese 150 g
- leek stalks 1.5 pcs.
- butter 40 g
- milk 150 g
- egg 1 pcs.
- yeast puff pastry 250 g
- dill, salt, pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the leek or onion into half rings and fry in butter until soft. We spread the puff pastry in a round shape, cut off the excess, and make several punctures with a fork.
- We spread the ingredients for the quiche on the dough. Spread the fried onions and the remaining butter over the surface of the dough. Top with slices of salmon fillet, slices of soft goat cheese.
- Fill the quiche with the sockeye filling with the beaten egg. Fill with egg and milk, beat in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs.
- We bake quiche filled with sockeye salmon with goat cheese in the oven. We bake at 200 degrees 25-35 minutes. Decorate with dill, lemon, lettuce.
- Ready quiche stuffed with sockeye salmon with goat cheese. Serve warm. If there is even a piece left, then it is delicious when cold.
