Ingredients
- 4 apples (e.g. Boskop)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g suar
- 50 g oatmeal
- 10 g hazelnuts or walnuts or almonds, round
- 120 grams flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch (s) ginger powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
- Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix in vanilla sugar.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and mix with the hand mixer to create sprinkles.
