Ingredients
- 2 glasses beans, green (French beans)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), squeezed (or a few squirts lemon juice from the bottle)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Put the green beans in a sieve, drain well and then transfer to a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add. Also add the vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice and mix everything well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and let it steep a little before serving.
