Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ celery root
- 1 small apple
- 1 handful cranberries, dried or raisins
- 1 handful walnuts, chopped
- 1 tangerine (s) or orange, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Rapeseed oil
- Balsamic vinegar, whiter

- Finely grate the celery and apple. Add the cranberries, walnuts and tangerines. Season and season with pepper, salt, vinegar and oil.
- You can eat the salad straight away, but I like to let it sit for a few minutes; it tastes great the next day too.
