Quick Chicken Soup with Corn and Ginger

Here’s a recipe for how to make a quick chicken soup with corn and ginger. Delicious chicken broth soup – light, but hearty and slightly spicy (from healthy ginger). And this is in 10 minutes.

Servings: 4-5
Ingredients
- Chicken broth – 1 L
- Corn – 420 grams (canned)
- Ginger – 3 Parts (3 cm fresh root)
- Olive oil – 1
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Soy sauce – 1
- Corn starch – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – To taste
- Ground pepper – To taste
- Sesame – 1 Tbsp. spoon (white, black)
Directions
- Prepare the food you need.
- Peel and chop the ginger. In a double-bottomed saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the ginger until a lemon scent appears.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Then remove the ginger with a sieve.
- Add corn, soy sauce.
- Beat eggs with a whisk until smooth. Pour in a thin stream into the boiling broth, stir.
- Dissolve the starch in a tablespoon of cold water, pour into the broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes.
- When serving, add chopped herbs and sesame seeds to the soup.
