  • 1 cup cream (250 g)
  • 1 bar chocolate (semi-dark)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the cream a little (do not bring to the boil). Briefly stir the cream and melted chocolate with the whisk and pour into a container (preferably with a lid). Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then use the mixer to whip the cream. Finished!
