Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yogurt (200 g)
- 1 cup cream
- 200 g muesli your choice or similar
- 1 dash honey
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 100 g suar
- some fruit, fresh or canned

- Beat the cream with a pinch of sugar until stiff. Add the yoghurt to the whipped cream, add sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Cut the fruit into small pieces and set aside.
- Put some muesli in 2 glasses on the bottom (if you don`t like muesli, you can also use something else) drizzle with a little honey, put some fruit on top. Carefully pour the cream and yogurt mixture into the glass.
- Put some more muesli and fruit over it. Finish with the cream and yoghurt mixture and serve garnished with fruit and muesli.
