- 1 glass sour cherries
- 1 can peach (s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 250 g quark, 40%
- 4 sachets vanilla sugar
- 250 g cream
- some sugar, brown

- Drain the sour cherries. Drain the peaches and cut them into pieces. Mix the sour cream, quark and 3 bags of vanilla sugar together. Beat the cream with a bag of vanilla sugar until stiff. Now pour everything into a glass bowl in layers: sour cherries, peaches, the quark - sour cream and finally the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle the dessert with a little brown sugar.
