Ingredients
- 1 kg pasta, (Farfalle)
- 2 packs butter (garlic butter)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 packs cheese (Emmentaler)
- 3 pinches pepper

- Cook the pasta * al dente *.
- In the meantime, let the garlic butter melt in the pan on a low heat and lightly sauté the finely chopped garlic cloves and already lightly pepper.
- Drain the finished noodles and add them to the garlic butter and sprinkle everything with coarse pepper.
- Then pour the grated Emmentaler cheese over the pasta, let it melt briefly, stir and serve.
