Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 275 g desiccated coconut

Quick Marrows – Coconut, Almond or Hazelnut

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and a pinch of salt until stiff, slowly stir in sugar, vanilla sugar and finally the desiccated coconut.
  2. As a little tip: you can also use grated almonds or hazelnuts instead of desiccated coconut!
  3. Put small heaps on a baking sheet and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes!
