Ingredients
For the salad:
- 350 g meat loaf
- 20 radishes with some green
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
For the vinaigrette:
- 4 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- some salt, from the mill
- some pepper, more colorful, from the mill
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Cut the cucumber into slices and the meat loaf into fine strips. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Clean the radishes, put some greens aside, wash and cut into slices.
- For the vinaigrette, mix the cucumber stock with the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. Beat the oil under it. Mix the prepared ingredients with the vinaigrette. Finely chop the radish greens and sprinkle over the salad.
- Pretzel rolls with butter go well with this.
