Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g salmon, smoked (half a pack)
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream, approx. 100 - 125 ml
  • 0.5 ½ cup water, approx. 100 - 125 ml
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (preferably low in fat)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet gnocchi

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the onion and sauté in hot oil in a pan until translucent. Roughly dice the salmon and stew briefly. Then add the cream and water and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes so that the sauce takes on the salmon taste.
  2. Cook the gnocchi in salted water until they float on top (approx. 2 minutes).
  3. Meanwhile stir the sour cream and cream cheese into the salmon sauce (cream cheese thickens). Season to taste with pepper and possibly salt. Drain the gnocchi and stir in.
