Quick Pickled Cabbage Instructions

  1. Add salt, sugar, and sunflower oil to boiling water. I bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and add vinegar. The marinade is ready.

  2. Shred cabbage, grated carrots on a coarse grater, cut pepper into strips. I mix everything and put it in jars.
