- 250 g quark
- 6 tablespoon semolina
- 2 egg (s)
- salt
- nutmeg
- Herbs, fresh
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Mix all ingredients, except the olive oil, together and let rest for approx. 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, bring a saucepan with plenty of water to the boil.
- Shape dumplings with 2 teaspoons and let them steep for about 7-8 minutes. Strain the gnocchi and briefly toss in hot olive oil in a pan.
- A tomato sauce or just salad goes well with it.
