Ingredients
- 200 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 150 g yourt
- 150 g quark
- 40 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- Thaw the raspberries, then puree them finely. Press the fruit pulp through a sieve. Mix with the remaining ingredients and enjoy cold.
- You can of course vary the amount of sugar if you want it to be a little healthier.
- The cream is great for in between meals or as a quick dessert.
