Quick Shortbread with Chocolate

Ingredients
- Flour – 4.5 cups
- Soda – 1 Teaspoon
- Butter – 520 Grams
- White Sugar – 1 Glass
- Brown Sugar – 2 Cups
- Salt – 2 Teaspoons
- Vanilla Extract – 4 Teaspoons
- Eggs – 4 Pieces
- Chocolate Chips – 4 Glasses
Directions
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl.
- Add soft butter to the mixer bowl, add white and brown sugar to it, beat the mixture for 2 minutes. Add eggs, vanilla extract, beat for a couple of minutes.
- Add the dry ingredients mixture and stir the dough.
- Lastly, add the chocolate chips to the dough or chop the chocolate bar coarsely.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment, scoop up the dough with a spoon and place it on the baking sheet at a distance from each other.
- Send the biscuits to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer the cookies to a cooling wire rack and leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy baking.
