Ingredients
- 350 g spelled flour (whole rain spelled)
- 150 g wheat flour (whole wheat)
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 15 g salt
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 400 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder, (caro coffee, extra strong)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ caraway powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ bread spice mix

- Mix both types of flour, salt, spices and sunflower seeds. Dissolve the yeast and caro coffee in the water, add and work into a dough. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Pour the dough into a baking pan (the dough is quite moist) and smooth it out with a spatula. Cover again and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in the middle for approx. 50 minutes (do a knock test).
