- 300 g spelled flour
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 500 ml water
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 2 teaspoons salt

- Put all the ingredients one after the other in a large bowl and mix with a dough hook. Immediately put the dough in a normal loaf pan lined with baking paper or a silicone mold. Put the tin in the oven that has not been preheated and bake the bread for about 50 minutes at 200 ° C.
- Let it cool down for a moment and ideally enjoy it while it is still warm. It`s super juicy thanks to the vinegar. If desired, other grains can of course be added. Walnuts are also particularly tasty.
