Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream (200 g)
  • 0.75 ¾ Cup milk
  • 0.25 ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 0.75 ¾ mug sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • some cinnamon sugar
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Put the cream, milk, butter, flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and stir well. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan.
  2. Peel and core the apples (4 or 5 depending on size) and cut into small pieces. Then place these on the dough and press in gently. Sprinkle everything with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake preheated to 180 degrees for approx. 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
  4. Note: Use the cream cup as a cup measure.
