Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, Italian, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Salt and pepper

For covering:

  • Cheese, grated, (raclette cheese or other)
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Tomato (s), sliced
  • possibly salami or ham

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients together and shape them into dough balls about the size of a plum and place them on a plate.
  2. For the pizza sauce, heat the olive oil slightly, add the tomato paste and stir well. Add enough water to make a smooth sauce. Stir in the cream and herbs, bring to the boil briefly and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let cool and pour into a bowl.
  3. For raclette, a ball of dough is then taken and pressed into the pan. Put 1 tablespoon of the sauce on top, top it up as you like and sprinkle with cheese. The mini pizza takes about 15 minutes to finish.
  4. This extraordinary raclette is particularly popular with children.
