  • 8 slices cheese, (raclette cheese)
  • 16 slices bacon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook with the peel until done.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  3. Halve the potatoes lengthways, place the cheese on 8 halves and fold the potatoes back together. Wrap tightly with 2 slices of bacon each.
  4. Brown in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  5. Fits to:
  6. mixed salad and / or to go with grilled meat. They can also be browned on the grill, but the potatoes must be wrapped tightly so that the cheese does not run out.
