- 600 g radicchio di Treviso, alternatively normal radicchio
- 100 g walnuts
- 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, vegan
- salt and pepper
- 2 orange (s)

- Wash the radicchio and cut into narrow strips. Roughly chop the walnuts. Put the radicchio in a bowl in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper for five minutes.
- Fillet the oranges and cut into small pieces. Add half of the nuts and the orange pieces and fold in carefully.
- Arrange the salad in the middle of the plate and garnish with orange and walnut pieces.
