Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon fruit vinegar
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, e.g., Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon honey, liquid
- salt and pepper

- Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes.
- Mix vinegar, oil, honey, mustard and spices to make a homogeneous dressing.
- Put the radishes, onions and dressing in a bowl, add the pumpkin seeds and mix gently. The lettuce should have a good half an hour to steep.
