Rainbow Cake

Do you want to please your children with an amazingly beautiful dessert? Then check out how to make a rainbow cake. We’ll need food coloring, a biscuit, and a simple cream to create this miracle.

Ingredients
- Chicken Egg – 8 Pieces
- Sugar – 1 Glass
- Flour – 2 Glasses
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
- Cream – 800 Grams
- Powdered Sugar – 1 Glass
- Gelatin – 15 Grams
- Boiling water – 100 Milliliters
- Cognac – 1 Art. spoon (or rum)
- Pure water – 200 Milliliters
- Food coloring – 6 Pieces (6 colors)
Directions
- First, let’s prepare the biscuit dough. To do this, separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites into a thick foam with a pinch of salt. Add butter, flour to the yolks, a little vanillin to taste. Now add the proteins to the dough and gently mix with a fork or blender at low speed.
- Now, depending on the number of dye colors, you need to divide the dough. I have 6 colors – so we divide the dough into 6 equal portions and paint according to the instructions on the dye package. Adjust the color intensity of the dough to your liking.
- Now all the cakes need to be baked. To do this, take a not too wide shape. A dia of about 20 centimeters will work. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake each crust for about 15-20 minutes.
- While the cakes are baking, turn to the cream. Pour hot water into the gelatin, but not boiling water. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until airy. Mix the dissolved gelatin with cream, add cognac – the cream is ready.
- When the cakes are completely cool, you can collect the cake. Put the first crust in the dish on which you will serve the cake, and layering with cream, lay out all the cakes in turn. Leave the cream on if desired to grease the sides of the cake.
