- Orange juice (preferably from orange juice concentrate, so that there are no pieces fruit in the juice)
- mineral water with lots carbonic acid, or sparkling wine
- Food coloring, blue, or blue curacao
- Grenadine or pomegranate syrup

- First, the mineral water should be colored with the blue food coloring. Please stir it as little as possible so that the carbonic acid remains.
- Then you fill the orange juice in a glass. Make sure you leave some space upstairs because there are still a few liquids to be added.
- With the help of a spoon, carefully pour the pomegranate syrup into the glass. To do this, hold the spoon with the tip of the spoon against the edge of the glass just below the surface of the orange juice and carefully let the syrup run onto the spoon. Since the syrup is heavier than the juice, it sinks to the bottom of the glass. So we already have our red, orange and yellow layers completely.
- Now green and blue are still missing: To do this, very carefully pour the blue mineral water into a spoon. First the tip of the spoon is pressed slightly below the orange juice to the edge of the glass, then you guide the spoon over the surface - the tip of the spoon remains on the edge of the glass, so that the blue drink does not have too much swing and does not mix. The water is lighter than the juice and so forms the green layer. The part with the carbonic acid is of course even lighter and forms a blue finish. Really cool!
