Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ pointed cabbage or lettuce
- 1 zucchini, yellow
- 1 zucchini, green
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 kohlrabi
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 6 carrot (s)
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 apricot (s)
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g blackberries
- 100 g pomeranate seeds
For the sauce: (salad dressing)
- 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 2 orange (s)
- 2 teaspoon sesame paste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cm chilli, fresh
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- Sea salt and pepper

- First wash and clean the vegetables and fruits. That means, peel the carrots, etc. Then finely grate all the vegetables with a food processor, or cut the tomatoes and spring onions into small pieces and prepare the fruits. Now arrange everything in a large bowl. In the middle you put a bowl in which the dressing goes.
- For the dressing add 1 cm of the chilli, coarsely chopped parsley and a clove of garlic to the blender jar. Core the avocado, remove the pulp and also add the pulp of half an avocado. Then squeeze the oranges and the lemon and also put them in the blender jar. Now add 2 tablespoons of sesame paste as well as sea salt and pepper and mix everything well with the blender.
