Ingredients

  • 250 g butter or mararine
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 200 g raisins
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix butter or margarine with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Add the flour, starch and baking powder as well as the rum. Fold in the raisins (I put them in rum for a while beforehand). Pour the dough into a greased and crumbled Gugelhupf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
