Ramen with Mushrooms

Ramen is a popular dish in Japanese cuisine. Wheat noodles with broth and various additives. This is a constructor dish that you can cook to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms – 100 Grams (Shiitake)
  • Noodles – 100 Grams
  • Broth cube – 1/2 Piece (mushroom or vegetable)
  • Soy Sauce – 50 Milliliters (10 ml for tofu, 40 ml for broth)
  • Ginger – 10 Grams
  • Water – 300 Milliliters
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Pea sprouts – 30 Grams
  • Tofu – 100 Grams
  • Corn – 50-70 grams (canned)
  • Mushrooms – 40 Grams
  • Dried garlic – 1/3 Teaspoon
  • Smoked Paprika – 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Soak the mushrooms in hot water, then rinse and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the tofu into small cubes, add soy sauce and spices. Place the tofu in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shiitake mushrooms.
  5. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then rinse in cold. Or cook according to package directions.
  6. Dissolve the bouillon cube in a saucepan of hot water. Add a slice of ginger, garlic and soy sauce, boil the broth for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Place the noodles in the center of the plate, and the chopped corn, pea sprouts, tofu and mushrooms in a circle. Pour in broth.
